Specialized companies (both registered and unregistered with us), whether local, foreign, or joint ventures, that find themselves competent and capable of providing services at the required level, are invited to apply to Sebha Institute of Petroleum Technology with a complete file containing the following documents: 1. A letter addressed to Sebha Institute of Petroleum Technology expressing interest in registering as a construction or general contracting company. 2. Articles of association. 3. Company bylaws. 4. An official extract from the commercial registry. 5. A license to practice the activity. 6. Proof of registration in the Chamber of Commerce. 7. A recent tax clearance certificate in the name of Sebha Institute of Petroleum Technology. 8. A letter indicating the bank account issued by the bank. 9. A certificate of ownership of the company's headquarters or a lease agreement. 10. A certificate of company registration in the supplier registry for supplying companies. 11. The last approved budget. 12. The statistical code. 13. An authorization letter from the company for the person authorized to complete procedures at Sebha Institute of Petroleum Technology. 14. The phone number of the commissioner or their authorized representative. *Conditions required for registration:* 1. The applicant must not be banned from dealing with administrative units and entities or excluded from contracting with them. 2.
